Btw, front looks same too, is it Marzocchi? where did you find seals and bushings?

Starting to put the motor back together. Can someone tell me in what position does this cutout in the big end bearing go? It is the clutch side. And does the plastic in the flywheel side bearing face into the crank?

Remark, you've got to do things properly to make leather a pipe :clin:

I have had to clear some of the bush near my house, so in went the pipe to burn out the oil.

It only broken where the kick start spring is. So it is being welded.

Something has gone very wrong in the gearbox. From what I can make out it was fixed without buying any new parts :mick I have three new shift forks on the way.
