Good on ya !! those that have, been there understand .....got it down to two kicks its possible never failed the cold start test in my life ....
First move the kick starter! so that when you flick it out ts more to the top AT present it will be half way down already even though this will put the starter higher without a full swing you never start em

Hi Jim
Great photo's. I rode in a few events with you. That was a nice 440. Do you still have it?
Cheers

so have you moved the kick starter let ??it must be moved up on the spline ..otherwise you are half way down before you kick it
I think 2 teeth on the spline was enough you shouldn't hear any ticking of the stater gears ..
Does it still stall at slow speed?

Hi Jim,
I suppose you're talking to me! :mick
Mine, with leading axle fork and öhlins schoks, is very stable.
Enough easy to ride in ruts.
It needs also a good tuning. I have this chance.
The problem i have, is when i must turn around trees with sharps bends in woods, for exemple.
I must say to you that i'm not a champion! :(
A very good bike indeed with a easy engine except the starting up! :hein:

well well it is but it can be interesting... see you have the 440 out and running the ohlins will help whats your verdict you have 38 on the front never rode a SWM with leading axle only inline so i have a more direct way of looking at them mine was a great rock bike and very tight country
